At Hogganvik Village, people with developmental disabilities, co-workers, and interns from all over the world live and work together. We offer a safe home, an inclusive environment, and meaningful work on our beautiful farm in Western Norway—surrounded by the sea and mountains—featuring organic and biodynamic production of meat, milk, cheese, vegetables, fruit, and berries.
Here, you can participate in both practical and administrative tasks and take part in a rich cultural life. We also offer opportunities for education in anthroposophical work, curative education, or through the Norwegian school system. Norwegian is our common language, and we help you learn it quickly.
You can spend your free time hiking in the Norwegian countryside or visiting Haugesund, with its varied cultural offerings. If you would like to be part of a place where work, community, and nature come together, we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is committed to people and community
- Wishes to take responsibility and contribute over time
- Is flexible, solution-oriented, and independent
- Has an interest in our anthroposophical values
